The City of Winston-Salem owns the parking decks adjacent to the Marriott, Embassy Suites and Benton Convention Center. Parking in the decks near the facilities is $9 per day, with hourly rates available.
Attendees staying at the Marriott for the NC EMS Expo will not be charged for parking.

Exhibit Options

Choose from a variety of spaces to fit your needs:

  • 10’x35’ Vehicle Space – Only ambulances, and specialty vehicles - $2,275 per space
  • 10’x10’ Booth – Standard tradeshow booth - $1,200 per booth
  • 10’x5’ Kiosk – Perfect for product demos or small exhibits - $700 per Kiosk
  • 6’ Draped Non-Profit Table – ONLY for Non-profit Organizations, must be approved by NCOEMS - Contact Barbara Geiger. - $250 per Table
  • Additional Representative - (includes conference materials, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and Tuesday Night Banquet.) - $275 Per Representative
  •    *Early bird registration ends March 1st, 2026 at 11:59PM EST

Each booth space includes:

  • One Exhibitor Registration
  • 8ft high back wall drape
  • 3ft high side divider drape
  • (1) 6ft skirted table
  • (1) 7in x 44in booth identification sign
  • (2) folding chairs
  • 110V Electrical with Power Strip

Hollins Exposition Services is the official trade show decorator. All drayage, will be handled by Hollins, shipments will not be accepted by the Convention Center or the Hotel.
