Select your Booth

Step 1: Choose your booth - Review the interactive exhibit hall map below and click on an available booth. A pop-up will display the booth number and price.

Step 2: Reserve & Checkout - Click “Pay for Booth #” to proceed to checkout. One booth representative is included in the booth fee. During checkout, you may register additional representatives and purchase sponsorship opportunities.

Step 3: Confirm your Reservation - Complete checkout to reserve your booth. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

Step 4: Arrange for Shipping and Additional Equipment if desired - Click Here for the Hollins Exhibition Services Exhibitor Kit, to order additional table, carpet or other equipment.

Important Notes

  • Booth selection is first-come, first-served and availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
  • Payment by Check: If you select payment by check, your booth space will be held for 10 business days from the reservation date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the space will be released. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us.
  • Booth Confirmations will be sent 30 days prior to the event. You will be given the opportunity to register additional booth representatives at that time. All booth representatives must be registered in order to work the booth.
